Pack Securely
Place the items in their original presentation boxes and ensure they are well-protected in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5 to 7 business days.
