Rohrer & Klingner's Limited Edition ink for 2023 is an iron gall ink in deep black.

Rohrer & Klingner have been making ink since 1892, and by hand, too, using well-established recipes.

Their fountain pen ink is available in a range of brilliant, water-based colours, plus a variety of iron gall inks. While the majority of the colours are not lightfast - as is the case with most fountain pen inks - the iron galls inks will darken in colour as they dry, and will then become permanent and archival.
