Gold and silver are pigmented acrylic inks which, while perfect for use with dip pens and brushes, are not suitable for fountain pens.
The other colours are dye-based inks and can be used with fountain pens, but Manuscript advise cleaning the nib and feed thoroughly after use.
Shake the bottles before use for best results.
