Produced as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations, Lamy bring us the Lx fountain pen. Pronounced 'luxe', it bears a family resemblance to the much-loved AL-star, but enjoys a more refined finish. It's made from the same lightweight, durable aluminium, anodised in palladium, and while it also has the same oversized, flexible pocket clip, the chrome has been plated to match the barrel colour. Transparent black plastic grip area and ink-view window.
The nib is also a little different: it's black PVD-coated and has a stylish pinstripe highlight around the slit.
Supplied with a blue T10 Lamy ink cartridge. Can also be used with the Z28 converter, available separately, for bottled ink.
Presented in a super-stylish rubber-cushioned cylindrical aluminium case with palladium finish.
