Diplomat Excellence A2 fountain pen with a beautiful violet/purple finish.

All-metal build, multi-layered lacquer and polished gold trim. Cap is easy to remove, but fits back onto the pen with a nicely-cushioned click. Cap band is inscribed with 'Diplomat since 1922' and 'made in Germany'. Sprung pocket clip in polished gold. Two-tone stainless-steel nib is superbly smooth.

Dimensions: 138mm long closed, 130mm open, 155mm posted, 13mm diameter, weighs 46g. Supplied fitted with a Diplomat converter for use with bottled ink. Also takes international standard cartridges
