Caran d'Ache Pastel Pencil

Caran d'Ache Pastel Pencils are a convenient, less messy alternative to traditional dry pastels and are available in over 80 shades. The cedar wood case sheathes a robust 4.7mm lead consisting of ultra-fine, water-soluble pigment that offers exceptional lightfastness.

Casing constructed from FSC-certified wood and marked with the Caran d'Ache branding and the pencil's individual colour code. Matt barrel cap matches lead colour.

Best sharpened with a blade rather than a standard pencil sharpener, and the colour laydown can be stabilised using fixative.
